The Gewürtztraminer is native variety of 'high Val d'Adige - South Tyrol. A hypothesis on its name makes reference to the Traminer suffix, which means native of the village of Termeno - Tramin.

Taste is supported by a very pleasant freshness, which completes an elegant taste profile and gives good persistence. A surprisingly elegant wine, in which the varietal scents are included in a taste-olfactory profile of a great elegance and balance.

FETEASCA REGALA
The wine has a straw yellow colour and is clear and fairly consistent. The nose gives a metronomic alternation of very varied scents. From a fruity beginning with notes of yellow peach, loquat and chinotto, it turns on floral notes of wisteria and broom, ending with hints of herbs, especially bay leaves and sage. In the mounth it is full bodied with an excellent balance between freshness and smoothness.

CHARDONNAY
Deep straw yellow, crystalline and a good consistency. The nose is fine, with generous notes of banana and tropical fruit leading to a soft sweet spice and light nuances of chamomile and yellow flowers. In the month it caresses the palate with a juicy and soft taste, supported by a good structure and refreshed by a balanced acidity, ending with a slightly sapid finish.

PINOT NOIR
Compact ruby red, with refelctions that turn to garnet and remarkable consistency. The nose is a delicious alternation of spirited cherries, violets, cloves, brushwoods and bitter roots, with a finish of sweet spices and milk chocolate. On the palate you immediately feel a good structure conferred by the tannin, which in collaboration with the acidity defines a dry and clean taste profile, refined and harmonized by a good smoothness. A Pinot Noir with a surprising structure and great balance, destined to evolve over time.
