Organic farming is primarily defined by the Community regulation point of view farming without the use of synthetic chemicals.
But it is mainly in the collective imagination, the means to get quality products respecting the land, this could lead to a change in the acceptance of a health-related lifestyle with a greater sensitivity to the environment.
In this context, organic viticulture, allows through the recovery of tradition together with the latest production technologies, to bring the biological-organic concept to its ultimate expression the biological-organic concept. In fact in viticulture the territory, respected and preserved, will create a unique and inimitable product able to offer the best expression of himself.
We are proud to say that the production area of Lechinta is a pristine place, far away from any possible form of environmental pollution. Our task is to preserve it and keep it. We do so wisely preserving the natural vegetation, monitoring the characteristics of the soil, encouraging the development of beneficial organisms and controlling the development of pests by using historical products based on sulfur and copper according to the principles of the discipline of the European community.
